RECRUITMENT
WHY ICC?

We are the only student organization at USC which provides members with client-facing projects for domestic and international startups.

We have a tremendous global network, from Bain New York Office to BCG Dubai Office. 

We pride ourselves on diversity. Our members come from different parts of the world, including China, the U.S., Italy, Indonesia, Germany, and Russia.

WHAT DOES ICC LOOK FOR IN APPLICANTS?

We look for students who are committed to learning from each other and creating meaning and impactful values to clients, enjoy team works, and demonstrate strong analytical and leadership skills.

HOW MANY NEW MEMBERS DOES ICC TAKE EACH SEMESTER?

It depends. We expect to hire 12 - 18 new talents each semester. However, there is no limit to the number of new members we take.

DO I NEED A MARJOR OR MINOR AT MARSHALL TO APPLY?

Of course not! We encourage students with all backgrounds to apply.

WHAT IF I AM NOT 100% SURE TO DO CONSULTING?

It is definitely ok. However, we would like to see your passion for management consulting, because joining ICC with a determination to do management consulting will maximize your experience.

NON - RECRUITMENT
HOW MANY STARTUP CLIENTS DOES ICC WORK WITH EACH SEMESTER?

We typically work with 5-7 clients each semester in a 9-12 week engagement. We also hold a Mid-Presentation section for each case team to present so that they can receive constructive feedback from E-board and advisors.

WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT TO BE IN ICC?

It depends. General members are expected to commit 2-3 hours per week. Analysts and team leads are expected to commit 5-8 hours per week. The time commitment for E-board and advisors depend. Members will be expelled from our club if they fail to meet the time commitment.

WHAT IS A TYPICAL PROJECT TEAM MADE OF?

There will be a team lead, 3-5 analysts, and an advisor.

WHAT IS THE INVOLVEMENT POLICY?

General members can take at most 3 absences from weekly meetings. Analysts and team leads can be absent from project meetings for at most 2 times. There is no weekly meeting attendance requirement for E-board and advisors.
