Professional Model

TEAM STRUCTURE
Our project teams are typically comprised of 4-6 members. Each team has a team lead, managing logistics and overseeing the analysts, and an experienced advisor who has interned at a top consulting firm, ensuring the quality of their work.

TIMELINE
Our typical project duration is one academic semester (~9-12 weeks). If you would like to extend the project scope, we may work with you to plan a year-long project.
